Returns Policy

The overview. (to save you reading the long bit)

Goods can be returned within 91 days if they meet the following criteria.

  • They were ordered pre-event using our pre-order service or were ordered within 45 days of a major gifting holiday eg Christmas, Valentine’s etc.

  • They have not been personalised (we can’t resell items with your name on it)

  • They have not been made in any way that is unique to you eg special sizing.

Else goods can be returned within 28 days if they meet the following criteria.

  • They have not been personalised (we can’t resell items with your name on it)

  • They have not been made in any way that is unique to you eg special sizing.

As we offer free delivery on our items the return cost falls with the buyer.

Goods that are damaged or have an error we have made will be replaced. If you have any questions just drop us an email hello@framingglory.com

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND RIGHTS OF CANCELLATION

a. The Buyer shall have the right to cancel any Order for Goods in the following circumstances:

(i) For non-personalized, non-custom items:

- Within 91 days if the goods were ordered pre-event using our pre-order service or were ordered within 45 days of a major gifting holiday (e.g., Christmas, Valentine's Day).

- Within 28 days for all other orders.

(ii) If the Seller has failed to deliver the goods ordered within 28 days after the date of the Order for orders within the country of purchase and 56 days for orders outside of the country of purchase. This period begins from the date when the customer has provided all necessary information to complete the order.

(iii) In the case of Faulty Goods at the earliest opportunity after the Buyer has discovered the fault or defect (provided that the Buyer shall be deemed to have inspected the Goods as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery and in no case longer than 14 days after receipt). Goods will be remade or parts resent to correct any defect that has arisen.

b. Notice of the wish to cancel must be made in good time in accordance with the production speed the order has been placed on as follows. Express within 24 hours, Fast/standard within 3 days, Free within 4 days by email to hello@framingglory.com.

c. For the avoidance of doubt, save in respect of faulty or defective goods, nothing in these Terms and Conditions of Business shall give to the Buyer rights of cancellation or refund in regard to the Goods which have been personalized or made in any way unique to the Buyer (e.g., special sizing).

d. In the case of cancellation under Condition 7(a) above, the Seller shall be responsible for all sums paid (including initial and re-delivery charges (if any)) in respect of the Goods in question.

e. All items of Goods which are returned by the Buyer to the Seller must be returned in their original packaging (which the Buyer should retain for the purpose) and must be in an unused condition. Return postage of these goods will be the Buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed with the Seller. For damaged goods or errors made by the Seller, replacement will be provided at no cost to the Buyer.
